Mr. Billington was invited to speak at the NACDL & NCDD National Fall Conference, hosted at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
Speaking to a group of several hundred highly respected attorneys, Mr. Billington discussed various topics related to Accident Reconstruction. During three presentations, attorneys were given tools to better understand evidence preservation and value. Additionally, techniques were discussed to help them evaluate opposing expert analyses and opinions.
