The National College for DUI Defense invited Dan Billington to speak to legal professionals from all parts of North America who gathered together for the NCDD Summer Session. This year’s venue was hosted at the prestigious Harvard Law School. Mr. Billington presented on topics focused on Human Factors and Electronic Data Recorder Technology.
Both presentations were designed to help attorneys think outside the “black-box” (so-to-speak) in order to prepare more pointed questions and arguments when faced with facts and accusations related to motor vehicle accidents.
