Racine, WI – Charges Dropped

A Racine County, WI woman who had been charged with causing injury by OWI after she turned left in front of a motorcycle which was operated by an untrained and unlicensed rider.

After months of battling, the defense was able to get blood tests thrown out.  Faced with the compelling visibility evidence addressed in Mr. Billington’s report, the prosecution admitted they could not successfully gain a conviction, and dismissed all charges related to the incident.
